
Canada’s largest mental health and fitness event, The Push-Up Challenge, is back for its third year! From February 5 to 27, 2026, participants will complete 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to honor the approximately 2,000 lives lost to suicide each day worldwide and raise vital funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).
This free event is for everyone—individuals, teams, workplaces, schools, and gyms. If 2,000 push-ups feels out of reach, you can choose alternatives like sit-ups, squats, or tailored exercises. Track your progress and learn mental health facts along the way with our dedicated app.
