Our mental health promotion department is responsible to initiate, coordinate and/or facilitate educational activities and campaigns designed to improve attitudes towards mental illness and promote mental health & wellbeing.
Goals:
- Reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness to foster supportive communities and encourage individuals to seek early intervention.
- Deliver evidence-based training on mental health and suicide intervention.
- Teach skills to build resilience and maintain mental well-being for daily challenges.
- Promote awareness during key mental health campaigns.
- Collaborate with community organizations on anti-stigma initiatives and education.
- Enhance social connections through engaging and innovative programs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in our community to share information and create impactful mental health initiatives.
