Join Us for Weekly Mood Walks x 4 This Fall! 

Mood Walks is a free, community-based program that supports mental and physical well-being through gentle outdoor walks, nature-based education, and social connection. Each session offers a chance to enjoy the healing power of nature, get active, and connect with others in a safe, supportive space.

Mood Walks sessions run once a week for four consecutive weeks, with each walk lasting between 30 and 60 minutes.  By registering, you're signing up to participate each week as part of the full four-week series.

Everyone is welcome. We stand for inclusion, equity, and anti-racism.

Cornwall

Winchester

Morrisburg

Walks happen rain or shine, so come prepared for the weather and join us on the path to wellness!

• Dates: September 8, 15, 22 and 29, 2025 (Consecutive Mondays)
• Time: 11am  (exact walk and departure times will be confirmed closer to dates)
• Location: Upper Canada Migratory Bird Sanctuary, 5591 Morrisons Rd, Ingleside, ON K0C 1M0

Snacks provided, but budget is limited.  

Please bring your own if you have dietary needs.
